ACTIVATE. MOTIVATE. HEMPTIVATE.
At Hemptivate, 100% of the hemp used in our products is grown organically without use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. As hemp grows, it pulls nutrients from its surrounding environment, and because of this, it’s imperative to cultivate hemp using organic growing methods so that all parts of the plant don’t become chemical laden from polluted soils. Hemptivate hemp is grown in carefully maintained farm fields in Colorado. Not All Hemp Is Created Equal.
It’s important to know where your hemp comes from. Some companies in the U.S. are creating hemp CBD products from unused industrial hemp waste imported from China, Europe and Indonesia. There is no telling what pollutants are in these products nor can those companies guarantee a safe extraction process. Hempitvate proudly provides test results and certifications, which can be found under the ‘test results’ tab on each product page.
The CBD industry has exploded over the last couple of years and as a result, numerous companies now offer a wide range of CBD products. Although no medical claims can be made at this time, Hemptivate CBD products can be a positive addition to a healthy lifestyle. For example, Hemptivate’ Full Spectrum CBD contains more than just CBD. The hemp plant is a natural source of Vitamins, B, C and E, calcium, magnesium, polyunsaturated fatty acids, essential amino acids, fiber and other cannabinoids. Adding these dietary requirements of vitamins and minerals to your daily routine is critical for your body to function efficiently.
While the variety of CBD products may definitely benefit the end consumer, the influx of companies and lack of regulation has led to several subpar products sold on the market. We at Hemptivate strongly advise you to do your research before purchasing any CBD product and ensure that you are supporting a recommended and respected brand.
Supercritical carbon dioxide (sCO2) is the mildest, most delicate production method that leaves the intrinsic and medicinal properties of the hemp plant untouched. This makes it so that the user is getting maximum health benefits of the cannabis plant. The hemp industry recognizes CO2 extraction as the highest-grade production method, which is why it is the only process Hemptivate uses. Several other companies use caustic solvents that require additional distillation or purging beyond the extraction process, resulting in more toxins and less potency. Supercritical CO2 is environmentally sound, produces the lowest toxicity of most chemical extraction methods and minimizes any thermal degradation of the plant materials.
Hemptivate sources cannabis plant genetics that are specifically bred for phytocannabinoid content, which are naturally occurring cannabinoids in the hemp plant. We’ve selectively bred unique strains of hemp for years, developing the standard for industry-leading CBD concentrations. Hemptivate delivers an unmatched consistency with our products thanks to clone-only production process. Due to the strength of the genetics, the extraneous materials left in the extracts is greatly minimized, which maximizes our ability to offer highly concentrated and effective products.
CBD, or Cannabidiol, is a naturally occurring compound found in the Cannabis plant. CBD is closely related to THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is the psychoactive ingredient in cannabis that makes users feel “high”. Unlike THC, CBD is nonpsychoactive, which has created popularity among users who want to be clear-headed during the day.
The cannabis plant contains several other cannbinoids yet CBD is the second most prominent compound in the cannabis plant. Through Hemptivate’s CO2 extraction methods, CBD is isolated to create our line of products.
Although CBD is not FDA approved and medical claims can’t be made at this time, users say CBD helps a myriad of health conditions.
What's the difference between CBD Softgels and CBD Tinctures?
Many prefer capsules out of sheer convenience; so some might wonder why Hemptivate doesn’t sell them exclusively instead of offering a range of oils, topicals and edibles.
There are a variety of ways to take CBD and every person is unique. It is often suggested to start with a low dose and increase steadily until the desired effect is reached.
It is recommended that to consult with a health-care provider prior to using CBD products.
Hemptivate CBD Delivery Methods:
One of the key differences between CBD Tinctures and CBD Softgels is the mode in which they are broken down by the body. CBD Tinctures offer slightly more potency and longer-lasting effects, given that they're taken under the tongue and are absorbed directly into the bloodstream via tiny capillary beds. The sublingual tincture method is not subject to metabolic breakdown, and therefore more of the active CBD is available to reach the target destination in the body.
Hemptivate Softgels or Gummies are not only convenient, but also the easiest way to know exactly how many milligrams of CBD you are taking in a serving. Once consumed, they are broken down by the digestive system, which takes time to metabolize through the liver. Eventually, the active compounds are sent to your bloodstream and circulated to the rest of the body. Typically the onset of effects from a Softgel or Gummy will come on anywhere from 45 minutes to two hours.
Everyone Is Different
Those who are new to CBD might want to begin their journey by starting with the a low dose and gradually increasing until the desired effect is achieved. Typically, the THC-free products might want to be used for daytime and the full spectrum products taken at night or before bed.
Determining how to use CBD first starts with figuring out which product to take for individual health needs.
Which CBD Product Is Best For Me?
Choosing a product can often come down to a question of personal taste:
Please do not hesitate to speak to one of our customer service team members if you are unsure about anything on the Hemptivate website. Information to call or email can be found on the Contact Page. Please keep in mind that Hemptivate’s team cannot give advice for specific health conditions, however, they can explain the differences between the products and help the purchaser come to a conclusion about which CBD product might be a best fit. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
The difference between Full-Spectrum CBD and CBD Isolate
Hemptivate products with a white label are made from isolate, which is pure crystallized CBD compound. Isolate products are completely THC free, have been stripped of everything but pure CBD and may be more effective for those seeking high concentrations of CBD.
Hemptivate products with a black label are full spectrum, meaning that they are produced using a whole plant extraction method. Meaning that the flowers, leaves, stems and stalk of the plant are used resulting in a CBD oil rich in naturally occurring terpenes, minerals, vitamins, fatty acids, proteins and other cannabinoids such as CBN, CBG and THCv. Full spectrum oil can contain trace amounts of THC, at 0.3% or less. Whole plant CBD oil may produce greater health benefits and have a longer lasting effect.
It is nice to hear that Hemptivate products have already helped so many people. We love and appreciate our customers!

I take CBD oil to balance me out. I find that the THC Free CBD is best for day time (I usually eat a gummy in the morning) and take the Full Spectrum tincture at night.
I enjoy Hemptivates high-quality products. Good color, taste, fair price and free shipping was nice. I'm very satisfied with this company and trust their products. Lab Tests are posted. I highly recommend.
